Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for TwoSpark.
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Service description
TwoSpark is a live social video chat platform that lets adult users connect with each other through live streaming rooms, public chat, and 1-on-1 private rooms (available to Premium subscribers). TwoSpark is oriented toward social connection and is not an adult content platform: any explicit sexual content, nudity, or sexualized conduct is prohibited, as detailed in the prohibited conduct section below.
2. Age requirement
Access to and use of TwoSpark is strictly limited to people 18 years of age or older. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. TwoSpark reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or cancel, without prior notice, the accounts of users who cannot prove they are of legal age or who are reasonably suspected of being minors.
3. User responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for any content you post, stream, or share on TwoSpark, including video, audio, chat messages, profile images, and any other communication (“User Content”). By using the platform you declare that:
- You hold all necessary rights over your User Content.
- Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, image, or privacy rights of third parties.
- You will not post explicit sexual, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal content.
- You will not use the platform to harass, threaten, or impersonate other people.
TwoSpark does not pre-review content streamed live and is not responsible for it, without prejudice to the moderation measures described below.
4. Moderation policy
TwoSpark applies a moderation system that combines:
- Reports submitted by users from any room.
- Manual and/or automated review of reported content.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts that breach these Terms.
- Cooperation with the relevant authorities when applicable law requires it.
TwoSpark reserves the right to remove content, end live streams, and suspend or cancel accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice, whenever there is a reasonable breach of these Terms.
5. Reporting system
All users can report a room or another user using the “Report Room” feature, available in every live room. Reports are reviewed by the TwoSpark moderation team. In addition, any user can block another user to stop seeing their content; blocking is independent of the reporting system and does not require a breach of these Terms to exist.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TwoSpark will not be liable for:
- Content generated, streamed, or shared by users.
- Interactions between users, whether on or off the platform.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent Spanish Courts, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection regulations may grant to users acting as such.
